As we know Allah Almighty is the Creator and Lord of the earth and the heavens. He has given the power for the administration of justice and peace as a His trust to such men as Allah Almighty wills. We can say that those people run the State affairs and those who are head of state, all their powers are trust in the eyes of Islam. Thus, they all are obliged to promote and implement justice in their respective states. But they must keep in their minds that they never ever try to cross the limitations set by Allah Almighty. Stability and Security are basic human desires, no less important than clothing and food. Without stability and security, a human being is not able to appropriately perform his daily life routines, let alone come up with new thoughts or contribute to the growth of a high standard of civilization.
